Great idea and I hope you’ll have great success. Unfortunately it looks like we won’t cross paths on our trips but I hope to meet you one day.

I produce a weekly local freedom- & liberty-oriented news show on 89.5FM KOPN radio in Columbia MO. I met Michael at the Campaign for Liberty conf in STL a few weeks ago, I recall encouraging him to come through my home state…now I see he’s riding through Missouri next week (the capitol of Jefferson City is in our listening area). wondering if he would have a few minutes for a short interview by phone on my live show on Tuesday June 9 during the 5:00pm-6:00pm hour (central time)? Please call me at your convenience, 573-817-8692.
–By the way, good job talking with Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch last week!

Don’t think I’ll make it on the bike… Once across Texas is quite enough, haha. Would love to see y’all though. Keep up the good work 🙂

I’m a D.P. here in Phoenix, AZ. I’m also a lover of liberty.

Do you need any production support while riding through Arizona ? I’m a network level cameraman who would love to volunteer my time and talents if possible. I know northern Arizona well.

Please contact me if your interested.

    Thanks

    Hi,
I’m the County Coordinator for the Campaign for Liberty here in San Francisco. Do you need anything when you arrive here?

Yes, Sir 🙂 – not sure what yet, haha… Thanks for checking in, Cal has been so far away in my mind that I’ve done little pre-planning… Have you looked at the Cal map http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/ca/sacramento/289124145105356814 ? Am wondering if any bikers could look that over and offer comment, warnings, alternatives… mostly the approach into SF…

Most of the states are doing something with the ride; some have organized ride-alongs, some had strong sheriffs outreach. I highly encourage people to use the ride as a good excuse for interaction with local officialdom/media/etc… What can we do in CAL? 🙂

Mike, I really enjoyed our short visit here in Rockville, In. Gave the books to the sheriff and he seemed very glad to get them. I have a question. Where can I get a Don’t Tread on Me flag the size you have on your bike. All I can find are the big 3 x 5 ones and they are to big for my power wheel chair.

    @Thomas Costanzo
I have been planning a cross country myself for Liberty from the West coast to the East. It would be an honor to ride with you for the Republic. I live in Kingman, AZ. and ride several times a week and won’t slow you down. Thanks for your time and commitment to Freedom!

    Aloha from Kaua`i!
It’s July 11th and I’m sitting here with some friends and get into this engaging discussion about what I believe to be good, basic human values….well one thing led to another and people got to asking me what I intended to do about it….again, one thing led to another and I finally said to hell with it, I’ll ride a bicycle across the country to get my message out to the world…and here you guys are already doing it. I was looking at leaving in a week or so and hope to make it to the east by mid Sept….I was also hoping that by the time I got there, there would be a few million of us and we could “fire” the multi-national controlled congress. No violence, no destruction, no ‘anti’ anything…just truth and justice for all. Good sound Thomas Paine principals and a clear and severe divergence from the Orwellian nightmare we are currently embroiled. I wish you well on your journey, and offer you what I have; the support of a fellow human. Seems like we may see each other on the other coast…I’ll wear a red carnation. Any pointers, well earned lessons from the road are welcomed…and anybody else who feels like it is way past time to get up off the couch, please start riding/ walking to the people’s house and let’s show the world that we are not represented by these multi-national corporate owned shills we call congressmen.

Oh yeah, I don’t even have a bike or any money…I just can’t take it anymore. I can no longer get through my day without doing something substantial, if for no other reason than to be able to say to myself; I tried. I just can’t sit back and watch what’s being done in my name with my money any longer…no violence, no destruction….please may this be so…aloha

Andrew, is there a CfL group still active on Kaua’i. I know they are busy in Honolulu… I understand your frustration but there are things you can do there. Have you considered just riding from Kekaha to Wianiha, doing what I am doing? Just create a flyer (you can base it off the one you can find in the forum here, tailored to Hawaii, dress your bike somehow to advertise your message, and get out and talk to people. If you find that successful, you can expand to another island, eventually hitting all. As you pedal you can build a support network for further rides. Done well, you should be set for a transcon by the time you do all the islands. Pedaling a bike across the US is a large undertaking. You will either need a large support network, a lot of money, or a heck of a lot of charm. In fact, all three would be better.

What side Kaua’i you stay? I’m a Poipu Boy… Feel free to emain me at Michael – at- libertyrider – dot- com

Mahalo for writing a getting more involved, and much aloha for Kaua’i Ohana

Mike, The article finally got in the Rockville weekly paper. Good picture and a nice write up. By the way I found the flag on PatriotDepot and now have it so I can have it on my power wheel chair when I go to events and just around town. Best of luck on your next ride.
